Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to selected regions in Coimbatore, with primary coverage in Kovaipudur and surrounding areas. Availability is checked via your pincode at checkout. For delivery outside our regular zones, please contact us on WhatsApp.
How fresh are the salads?
Extremely fresh! We never store pre-cut fruits or vegetables. Every bowl is freshly chopped and prepared just before your scheduled delivery slot to ensure maximum nutrition, crunch, and hygiene. Sprouts are soaked overnight for optimal health benefits.
Do you accept instant or same-day orders?
No, we operate on a pre-order only model. To ensure zero waste and peak freshness, orders must be placed before 9:00 PM for next-day delivery.
What are your delivery timings?
We offer delivery in two main slots: Morning (7:00 AM – 10:00 AM) and Evening (available in selected zones). Exact delivery times depend on your route and traffic conditions.
Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery fees depend on your location and order value. You can view the exact delivery charge for your area after entering your pincode on the Checkout page.
Can I customize my bowl?
Absolutely! Use our 'Make Your Own Bowl' feature to handpick your favorite base, fruits, veggies, proteins (Veg/Non-Veg), toppings, and dressings.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments via Razorpay, which supports UPI (GPay, PhonePe), Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of booking. Since our food is perishable and made-to-order, refunds are only processed for missing or incorrect items. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
Our delivery partner will attempt to contact you. If you are unreachable or unavailable, the order will be marked as delivered. Due to the perishable nature of salads, we cannot reschedule or refund missed deliveries.
Do you offer subscriptions?
Yes! We offer flexible 7-day, 14-day, and 30-day subscription plans. Subscriptions come with priority delivery and significant cost savings.
Can I pause my subscription for a day?
Yes, you can. However, you must inform us at least 8 hours in advance. The paused day will be automatically added to the end of your subscription plan. Please note that only one day can be paused per subscription plan.
Can I choose specific days for my subscription?
Yes, our system allows you to select exactly which dates you want your meals delivered. You can skip days (like weekends or holidays) during the checkout process.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes, we offer special pricing for bulk orders! If you need healthy meals for an office gathering, party, or event, please email us or WhatsApp us with your requirements for a custom quote.
What are Fresh Credits?
Fresh Credits are cashback points added to your Freshora Wallet. You can earn them through referrals, promotions, or refunds and use them to pay for your future orders.
Do you partner with corporates for refreshments?

What if I have food allergies?
We take allergies seriously. Please mention any specific allergies in the 'Cooking Instructions' box at checkout. However, please note that our kitchen processes nuts, dairy, and gluten, so cross-contact is possible.
