Refund & Cancellation
1. Order Cancellation
Both one-time and subscription orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order. After this window, cancellations are not permitted as ingredients are procured and preparation begins.
Subscription orders cannot be cancelled once the subscription period has started. Any unused days within an active subscription are not eligible for refunds.
2. Refund Eligibility
Since all items are freshly prepared and perishable, refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
- Incorrect item delivered
- Missing item
- Damaged or tampered packaging
Refund requests must be supported with valid proof (photos/videos) and are subject to verification and approval by Freshora.
3. Missed Delivery
If the customer is unavailable at the delivery address, unreachable by phone, or has provided incorrect address details, the order will be considered delivered. No rescheduling or refunds will be provided in such cases.
4. Refund Method & Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout within 5–7 working days. If Fresh Credits were used for payment, the refunded amount will be credited back as Fresh Credits.
5. Fresh Credits & Bonuses
Cashback earned as Fresh Credits, promotional credits, and referral bonuses are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
