Welcome to freshorasalads.in. By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or subscribing to our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service.

1. Business Overview

Freshora Salads is a home-based food business operating from Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, delivering freshly prepared salads, bowls, and wellness-focused meals.

2. Order Types

Orders may be placed by individuals for personal consumption. Bulk orders, corporate orders, and event catering requests must be coordinated separately via WhatsApp or email for custom pricing and confirmation.

3. Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment. Currently, confirmation is communicated via WhatsApp. Once online payment integration is fully enabled, customers will be able to view order status through the “My Orders” section.

4. Bulk, Corporate & Event Orders

Bulk, corporate, and event orders require an advance payment of 25% of the total order value to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be paid before or at the time of delivery.

Any changes in quantity or cancellations for event orders must be communicated at least one day prior to the scheduled event date. Last-minute cancellations or modifications are not eligible for refunds.

5. Product Nature & Variations

All products are freshly prepared on the day of delivery. Product sizes, ingredient quantities, bowl volumes, packaging, pricing, and presentation may vary due to seasonal availability or operational factors.

6. Subscriptions

Subscription plans are prepaid and offered at discounted rates. Deliveries are prioritized for active subscribers. Subscriptions may be paused with advance notice for a day skipping more than day is not possible. While placing order customer can select the days weekends or any particular day while swap with upcoming day. Pricing, inclusions, and plan structure may change periodically.

7. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in INR. Menu items, pricing, and availability are subject to change without prior notice based on ingredient costs or operational needs.

8. Offers, Rewards & Fresh Credits

Promotional offers, referral rewards, cashback, and bonuses are issued as Fresh Credits. Fresh Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Freshora reserves the right to modify or discontinue any offer at its discretion.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details, delivery address, and being available at the selected delivery time. Freshora is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect information.

10. Right to Refuse Service

Freshora reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, misuse of offers, abusive behavior, or operational limitations. In such cases, any confirmed payment will be fully refunded.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
