Offers & Referral Policy

1. Referral Program

Freshora Salads may offer a Refer & Earn program where customers receive 20 Fresh Credits for successful referrals. Referral rewards are issued only after the referred customer’s first order has been successfully delivered.

2. Fresh Credits Usage

Fresh Credits can be redeemed during checkout and are subject to the following rules:

• Fresh Credits can be used fully on regular orders.
• When used along with a promotional coupon, Fresh Credits may be limited to up to 50% of the order value.

3. Offers & Promotions

Promotional offers, discounts, and referral programs may vary based on campaign, order type, or customer eligibility. Freshora reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any offer or referral program at any time without prior notice.

4. Misuse & Abuse

Any form of misuse, including self-referrals, creation of fake accounts, or abuse of promotional offers, will result in immediate cancellation of earned Fresh Credits and may lead to account restrictions.

5. Refund Impact

If an order placed using Fresh Credits, referral rewards, or promotional offers is refunded or cancelled, the corresponding credits or benefits will be reversed or adjusted accordingly.

6. Validity

Offers, promotional discounts, and Fresh Credits may have validity periods. Expired credits or offers cannot be reinstated.

7. Final Authority

Freshora Salads’ decision regarding offers, referrals, Fresh Credits, eligibility, and redemption shall be final and binding in all cases.
