Delivery Policy

1. Service Area

We currently provide fresh delivery services on selected regions in and around Coimbatore. Delivery to other locations may be available for bulk orders, corporate orders, or subscriptions upon prior request and confirmation via WhatsApp.

2. Delivery Timings

Deliveries are available during the following time slots, based on the selected region and delivery day:

• Morning: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM
• Evening: Available on selected days and regions

Subscription customers receive priority delivery during their chosen time slots.

3. Order Type & Cut-off Time

We currently accept pre-orders only. Orders placed before 9:00 PM will be processed for delivery on the next day.

4. Delivery Charges

A flat delivery fee is applicable and will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

5. Missed Delivery

If the customer is unavailable at the delivery location, unreachable by phone, or has provided incorrect address details, the order will be considered delivered. No rescheduling or refunds will be applicable.
